Dhruv Rathee to be Arrested soon ? Know his reply and full story of defamation case here

Recently, in a defamation suit by a BJP leader named as Suresh Karamshi Nakhua, he claimed that famous YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in his video called him as a “violent and abusive trolls” in his YouTube Video titled as “My Reply to Godi YouTubers” which was specifically on Elvish Yadav.

THE Big Question Now is Will Dhruv Rathee be arrested ? On 24th July, Wednesday, a Delhi Court issued summons to popular YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a Rs 20 lakh defamation suit filed by BJP leader Suresh Karamshi Nakhua.

Dhruv Rathee in his video titled as “My Reply to Godi YouTubers” published this month in response to the allegations of another famous influencer Elvish Yadav, who usually engage in battle of words with the former on social media platforms like X (formerly twitter) and YouTube. In this video published by Dhruv, he answered the claims against him and labelled the allegations as completely false. The main issue of this case is related to this video, where in the midst of the video as per the claim of the BJP leader, Dhruv claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had hosted “violent and abusive trolls like Ankit Jain, Suresh Nakhua, and Tajinder Bagga” at his official residence. Suresh Nakhua is said to be the official spokesperson of BJP Mumbai who claimed that Rathee’s “false accusations” on YouTube had caused irreparable loss of his personal and professional reputation.

The suit alleges that Defendant No. 1 is habitually defaming others, issuing online threats, and damaging the career of a fellow YouTuber. Leveraging his extensive audience of over 23.3 million YouTube subscribers and 2.6 million followers on the X platform, Defendant No. 1’s actions have had significant negative impacts.

The 29 minute long video of Dhruv Rathee, is getting a good reach and is viral with a staggering number of 27 million views as per now. Following the defamation suit, District Judge Gunjan Gupta issued summonses to Dhruv Rathee, social media platform X, and Google. The case is scheduled for a hearing on August 6.

After the news came in Dhruv Rtahee reacted on his X platform by mentioning “One abusive BJP uncle has filed a ₹20 Lakh court case against me because I called him abusive, Kyun itni bezati karane ka shaukh hai inko? Ab in uncle ki puri abusive history dobara public hogi. This post has till now got over 2.7 million impression with about 90k likes on the platform. One user named as Rishi Choudhary below this post mentioned “The abusive troll is trying to get a position in the party. He is being ignored by one and all. Waiting for the video.” According to several X users, the Plaintiff also has a past of sharing abusive and misogynistic posts specifically targeting the main opposition party leaders from Congress party.

The hearing of the case is said to take place on August 6 and will decide the future of the famous YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in coming days.
